The growing team of IC design engineers working on creating products tailored to custom solutions for customers in the power management area, besides others. Now we are looking for an Application Engineer to become an integral part of the Chipus’ ASIC Support Group.

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Application Engineer, your work will be very important to the power business success. Your responsibilities will include:
• Working with cross-functional teams including design, product marketing, and sales
• Benchmarking of power semiconductor devices, including competitive analysis
• Support Design Teams by running bench evaluation and required tests
• Developing Evaluation Boards including PCB Design and Component Selection
• Creating products Application Notes and User Guides
• Write Test Programs for device testing on production
Required Skills and Experience:
Must possess/demonstrate the following:
• Strong analog and digital electronics engineering fundamentals
• Knowledge of DC-DC, Load (Power) Switches and PMICs basics
• Experience with setting up and using lab equipment
• Good soldering skills
• Good PCB Design skills and knowledge of layout for high-frequency and high-power
designs
• Able to manage time efficiently and complete tasks on schedule
• Good written and verbal communication skills
Recommended/Desired Skills:
• Experience with silicon IP or chip-level definition
• Software development experience in C/C++ or Python
